RAINBOW CLUB
The primary purpose of Rainbow Club is to provide a safe and comfortable space for students to gather and have a conversation. Everyone is welcome. We will be talking about issues the students are facing, with emphasis placed on issues faced by those of us in the LGBTQ+ community. If possible, we will also try to provide educational resources for the community. In the past we talked about updating the health curriculum!

CREATOR'S JOY
We are part of a youth-run charity organization that collects handmade cards to donate to various causes. We want to run arts and crafts workshops for the school, and run events where students will be able to design cards, which will be donated to various charity organizations. Over the summer, the organization ran a COVID-19 Digital E-Card Donation Drive, where cards were collected electronically for Long Term Care Home residents and staff across the GTA!

MACKENZIE COATS OF CONFIDENCE
Mackenzie Coats of Confidence has a simple premise: we wear crazy and unusual outfits on specific days in order to stop clothing-based judgement and help students build confidence. When the three of us wore crazy jackets last year, we noticed we completely stopped caring about what others think. We also had the idea for the club because all of our classmates wanted to also participate. The more people we have, the faster we'll grow, and the faster we can build confidence in our school!
